A2 Ghee – Why it is different from A1 Ghee
A2 ghee is made from milk that naturally contains A2 beta-casein protein, while A1 ghee comes from milk with A1 protein. A2 ghee is traditionally considered gentler and easier to digest compared to A1 ghee, which is why it has been used in Indian households for generations. It has a naturally rich aroma, grainy texture, and clean taste, which develops through slow, traditional preparation. A1 ghee is commonly produced from crossbred cattle, whereas A2 ghee is associated with native cow breeds and traditional dairy practices. Pahadi Pantry A2 Ghee is made without additives or preservatives, making it a pure and natural choice for everyday cooking.
