Once an order is confirmed, Pahadi Pantry does not accept returns or refunds. However, in the situations below, we’re happy to work with you to find a fair and amicable solution.

1. Damaged Product

If your product arrive damaged, please notify us within 5 days of delivery.

Include in your email:

  • Order number

  • Image of the invoice

  • One image of the outer box

  • Two clear images of the damaged item

Only the affected item will be replaced (in case of multiple products).

We’ll respond within 24–48 hours and arrange a prompt replacement.  

2. Missing Product

If an item is missing from your order, please notify us within 5 days of delivery.

Include in your email:

  • Order number

  • Image of the invoice

  • One image of the outer box

  • Two clear images of the opened box showing all items received

Refunds are not accepted, but we’ll promptly re-send the missing product after verification.

Our team will respond within 24–48 hours and provide full assistance.

3. Spoiled Product

If a product appears spoiled, please contact us within 10 days of delivery.

Include in your email:

  • Order number

  • Packaging/manufacture date

  • Clear images or video of the product

Please note:

Natural variations in taste, texture, colour, or aroma are expected, as our products are 100% natural and handmade, ensuring freshness and authenticity in every batch.

After due investigation, we’ll replace the product if required and ensure a fair resolution.

Expect a response within 24–48 hours.
