If the item is wrong or not as described, contact us within 48 hours at customersupport@pahadipantry.in or 9805599257.

Share clear photos or videos within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll verify and replace the affected item.

Possible reasons:

  • Payment declined

  • Item out of stock

  • Technical or internet issues

  • Undeliverable to your location/pincode

  • Quantity limit exceeded

  • Combined orders (fulfilled by Pahadi Pantry + seller) may take longer

Item quantity cannot be changed once ordered. Place a new order for changes.
Shipping preferences can be updated before the order enters the shipping process.

  • Shipped orders: Cannot cancel or refund.

  • Not shipped yet: Contact support email or number to cancel.
